Donald Trump promised that he would roll back the environmental sanctions placed on big coal by Barack Obama. He has kept that promise, but does he look as strong as he thought he would now that China has decided to go full steam ahead with their clean energy initiatives? Will this bring back the coal jobs a lot of Trump supporters have been missing?
