Urbana crushes Northwestern 80 to 36

The Northwestern Warriors came to Urbana last Friday night and the Hillclimbers were ready.  Although the first quarter started a bit slow and the Warriors hung in there, the Hillclimbers went up big before halftime.  By the end of the game everybody on Urbana's Varsity scored at least one point.

Nathan Mays had 12 rebounds and 15 points.  Caleb Honore had 15 points and 6 assists.  From the bench Trevor Thomas had 5 points and 4 rebounds, a noticeable improvement over past games.  Sam Niswonger had 8 points and Jordan Underwood had 7.

The Warriors undoubtedly have talent on their team with Andy Elliot scoring 13 points and Ross Elliot scoring 12.  It's not so much a question of Northwestern skill set, but rather their ability to play as a team.

TrueChat will be following the Hillclimbers as they take on Mechanicsburg Saturday the 1st.
